Why we collect your details

Sparklean Station Nigeria Limited collects the details in your application only to assess you for the job you applied for, contact you about it, and run the short screening test.

Who can see your details

Only authorised Sparklean Station recruiters can see your application and test answers.

Service providers

We store applications with Supabase, a database service hosted outside Nigeria. This means your data is transferred abroad and stored there securely.

How long we keep your details

Applications are deleted 90 days after they are submitted, unless you are hired.

If you are not successful

If your application is not successful, your details are kept only until the 90-day period ends, then deleted. We do not reuse them for other jobs without asking you.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us to delete your application at any time. Contact us with your reference number and the phone number you used. We will confirm once it is deleted.

Marketing

We never use your details for marketing.
